Joda-Time Hibernate v1.3

jodastephen
I've released v1.3
https://sourceforge.net/projects/joda-time/files/joda-time-hibernate/1.3/

This is linked to Hibernate v3.6.
It has optional ("provided") dependencies for Joda-Time and Hibernate,
which I hope will be useful.
